Kristin is a functional nutritionist with advanced training in holistic nutrition and a focus on perimenopause and menopause health. She is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition by the National Association of Nutrition Professionals, certified in DUTCH hormone testing, and a graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Association’s Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program.
