Champions will always be curious about new and exciting things, and it’s because of that very curiosity that so many champions are innovative and persistent. Their openness to new things alters their mindset and allows them to succeed.
Before Steffany became a coach to ice-hockey champions, she acknowledges that although there were a lot of people in the field of sports psychology, a lot of them didn’t have that relatability or understanding of the champion’s mindset. She was able to use her experience to fill that gap and create olympic level athletes.
