Vince is a self-professed thermo nerd who grew up in Ohio tinkering with motorcycle engines and model rockets. He has his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. Vince is the Co-Founder and CEO of Gradient, formerly known as Treau, where he was also the CEO. Before Gradient, Vince worked in the Solar industry for over five years.
