Here’s how Adrian describes himself and his journey: “My passion is helping companies scale, and I learned this by accident. Three years ago, I was asked to volunteer as a coach for a group of young entrepreneurs as part of the EO Accelerator in Utah. In the first year, I helped multiple young companies grow and reach $1MM in annual revenue. I was hooked. Soon, I was asked to chair the entire program for Utah, and we've almost tripled its size.”
“Almost every month, we see entrepreneurs hit the $1MM mark and graduate from the program. In the process, I also ended up selling my software company, Clearview Social. At the time of the sale, we had over 60,000 users in 12 countries. Since then, I've become certified in the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS.) Now, I have dual passions: coaching accelerator companies to hit the $1MM annual revenue mark and working as a coach and facilitator to help larger companies get clear on their vision.”
