Before Lotus, Thomas was a Director of HMI/UX at Geely Auto Technical, Co-Program Manager at Luxoft Consulting Germany, Senior Human Factors Engineer at Harman International, a Mentor UX Design at CareerFoundry, and had a couple of different roles at Continental Automatic.
