Kevin Osby, the Army and Air Force Exchange Service Senior Enlisted Advisor. They Discuss the impact exchange shoppers donations have made, What AAFES did differently in 2020 that bought a significant increase in funding for both the Air Force Aid Society, and Army Emergency Relief, and why it’s important to shop at the exchange, also they discuss how shoppers can still make a difference.
