With more than 15 years in the CX and contact centre realm, Barry has developed a profound understanding of exceptional customer service. He began his journey as a customer service advisor, interacting directly with clients, which granted him insights into the true essence of superior service from both his and the customer's perspectives.
Before joining Moneycorp, Barry held notable roles such as Senior Manager at Contract Management Evolution, Operations Manager at Domestic and General Finance Company, and Contact Center and Outsourcing Manager at E.ON UK.
