A teacher by trade, I began my journey with Rodan and Fields in January of 2016.  As a single parent, I knew my teaching salary was not going to give me the financial freedom that I wanted.  Quite honestly I was living paycheck to paycheck.  Although I didn’t have any sales experience and certainly wasn’t a skincare expert, the business appealed to me because I could work it on my own time.  This meant I didn’t have to trade my precious time with my kids for the opportunity to have additional income.  Joining this business has been one of the most empowering decisions I have ever made.  My initial fear turned to confidence as I have learned to get out of my comfort zone.  Now I am able to say “yes” to more things in life.  My children can attend the summer camps and join sports teams without the layer of financial stress that used to blanket me.  Not only can I breathe at the end of the month, but I am able to save money for college tuition.  I can honestly say, Rodan and Fields has changed the future for my children.  I can’t think of a more valuable gift.
