Roger is a passionate leader with over 20 years of experience in e-commerce and retail media. He also has leadership exposure on the agency, ad tech, and consultancy side. Roger was the first person in Australia to be Amazon Advertising certified, He is also the founding member of the IAB retail media committee. Roger is the creator of SPARC, a SaaS digital shelf analytics solution deployed alongside broader e-commerce strategies to drive online growth for clients such as P&G, Mars, Fonterra, and Revlon.
