Have you ever desired a sunset the way you may desire a lover? What if falling in love with the earth is our first act of healing?

In this episode of The Everlutionary Podcast, our host, Hawah Kasat, sits with Dr. Lindsay Branham—environmental psychologist, Emmy-nominated filmmaker, and Buddhist-trained eco‑doula—to explore the sensuous, radical invitation of erotic ecology.

Lindsay shares how desire, grief, and interoception—the body’s capacity to feel itself—can reconnect us with the living Earth, not as concept, but as lived relationship. From psilocybin journeys and somatic awareness to ancient forest wisdom and the heartbreak of climate collapse, this conversation is a return to empathy through intimacy.

Over the last two decades, Lindsay has worked at the intersection of storytelling, trauma healing, and planetary justice—producing over 40 acclaimed documentaries for BBC, National Geographic, and others. She now offers nature-based workshops and teachings at institutions including UC Berkeley, Esalen Institute, and the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies.

This episode is an invitation to remember: the Earth is not a resource to be used—it is a lover, a mirror, and a relationship to be nourished.
