An entrepreneur shouldn't see their company as a bus but rather as a boat, as the employees will participate fully in the activities of propelling the business. This would be difficult in the bus scenario as the leader would be the driver and all the employees would be sitting and moving in the same direction as the driver.
For an entrepreneur, it's important to develop the ability to reflect constantly on previous events, as that's the way they can improve the business growth. Tanya says an entrepreneur should reflect on how the team is performing so far, and if the results are below par they should come up with ideas on how to improve the general performance of the team.
Accomplishment for an entrepreneur comes from the knowledge that their products are changing the lives of their customers positively. Tanya says she teaches people how to better themselves and their businesses, and positively affect the lives of people around them.
