As a Decision Support Analyst, Paul manages data systems and provides data-driven insights to guide his leadership team, shape strategic decisions, and foster relationships and partnerships while driving continuous learning and improvements. 

Before HTI,  he held leadership roles in Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (PEAL/MEL) at organizations such as Raising The Village, Nyaka AIDS Orphans Project, and Restless Development. Paul has also served as a consultant for impactful organizations, including the Livelihood Impact Fund, African Forum for Agricultural Advisory Services, Beautiful World Canada Foundation, and Child's I Foundation.
