As Managing Director and General Manager at Southern Roof Consultants, Jordan grades the work of those who install roofs. Jordan Biggers is Managing Director and General Manager at Southern Roof Consultants, a St. Petersburg, Florida-based firm that represents building owners across their commercial and industrial roofing portfolios. A Registered Roof Observer with a history degree from the University of South Florida, Jordan came up the hands-on way, starting as employee number three at Empire Roofing's South Florida office before rising to senior estimator and crossing over to the consulting side of the business his father helped found. Today he oversees a team that averages 275 to 350 roof replacements a year across more than 40 states, managing roofing capital for publicly traded REITs and private equity groups. He lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife and three kids.
