Ryan McCostlin is the Founder and CEO of Tailwater, who buys a majority stake in dental practices and then provides the non-clinical management, marketing, HR, IT, and accounting services. Tailwater makes it their mission to “help dentists create the best careers in dentistry”. He is also currently a partner with The Nashton Company and a faculty member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
