Carrie Davenport has over twenty years experience as a meetings and events strategist for military, medical, and corporate entities. She is currently the Lead Event Manager at Altria, who aim to responsibly lead the transition of adult smokers to a smoke-free future via their portfolio of tobacco products. Carrie is also the Co-Founder of the Association of Women in Events, an inclusive community that elevates women in business. She was named among the ‘100 Most Influential People in the Meetings Industry 2022’ by EventEx Awards, and ‘Changemaker of the Year’ in 2021 and 2019 by MeetingsNet Magazine. Carrie is working on her first book, Face it till You Make It.
