Eduardo developed Manglar Capital into a real estate investment platform focused on acquiring, developing, managing, and repositioning residential opportunities in key US markets.
Before founding Manglar Capital, Eduardo served as a managing director at Alsis Funds, leading the team in charge of origination, structuring, credit analysis, underwriting, development, and execution of firm real estate opportunities. He was responsible for managing an annual $100 million new development budget for investment opportunities. He actively participated in the successful closing of 3 new investment vehicles totaling $200 million.
Before joining Alsis Funds, he worked as a Senior Analyst at Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI) for Latin America. Eduardo holds an MBA and B.Sc. in Business Engineering from ITAM (Mexico).
