Janice Cardinale is the founder of Event Minds Matter, a community of event professionals that build spaces to amplify the industry's conversation on mental health and wellbeing. In 2024, they aim to mandate mental health training through associations and online training courses. In 1985, Janice founded Cardinale Creative, an agency dedicated to “branded storytelling, organizational communications, and authentic content production”. She’s just been listed as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Events, and one of BizBash’s 15 over 50.
